Important information affecting transactions closing after 03/01/2026. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network through the US Treasury will be requiring FINCEN Real Estate Reports be filed for all Cash Transactions & Private Lender transactions where the buyer is an entity (LLC, Corporations, Trusts, etc.). This report is extensive and will require both buyer and seller to complete and provide specific information regarding themselves, their entity, and funds used to close.
