New FINCEN Reporting Requirement Halted

A Federal Judge in Texas has ruled the FINCEN Reporting Requirement exceeds authority and is overly broad. As a result, we are no longer required to file FINCEN Real Estate Reports to the US Treasury as of today.

We will continue to monitor this ruling and communicate any changes as they happen.

Should there be a change in this ruling and the FINCEN Residential Real Estate Report is again required, we of course will require that this information be submitted in order to close.
